With today’s hectic lifestyles, yoga moves for kids are becoming increasingly popular. Lifestyles of both the young and old have been impacted by relentless stress. Today yoga is becoming more recognized as a means to achieving a happy and healthy lifestyle.

* Camel pose is performed in a kneeling backbend that emulates the shape of a camel.

* Cat pose created by being on your hands and knees and arching your spine toward the sky.

* Tree pose is one of the balancing posture poses. This pose is performed standing and improves balance.

* Warrior pose is known for strengthening the entire body and improving one’s self-control. This is often identified as one of the most favorite yoga moves for kids.

* Dead corpse pose consists of lying flat the floor in complete relaxation. As the name implies this pose imitates a corpse.
