Laundry Tshirts – Where the Modern Meets the Mystery of the Orient

by Jeniffer Burtons

With the help of the airlines, the modern Media and the Internet, the World has certainly become a smaller place. It’s easier than ever to trek around the globe, discovering and exploring foreign cultures. Assuming you can afford it. Even on home ground, cultural diversity has become the norm in most modern cities. The future will be determined by our ability to accept and embrace diversity.

For the modern global citizen, keeping up with World news, understanding international politics, trying out unfamiliar cuisines and showing you’re a man of the world can be difficult – especially if your travelling budget is limited and your taste buds simply refuse to embrace raw fish.

Luckily you don’t have to be a foreign diplomat or an international spy to enjoy everything the world has to offer. Wear an Osaka T shirt and even if you haven’t travelled further than the end of the bus line you’ll look like a man of the world.

With a range of colors to choose from, Osaka tees are made from high quality cotton. They’ll last the distance and they won’t fall apart after the first wash like those awful T shirts you bought from the discount store when you were desperate. Choose from crisp clean white and subtle greys if you like to play things down. If you prefer to stand out, there’s yellow, red, green and blue.

You might not be able to afford a plane trip to Osaka but an Osaka tee or two won’t break the bank. They are stylish and cool. The emblems are subtle and intelligent. They speak of both the ancient Orient and what has become the technology centre of our new global village. The designs blend the modern with the traditional.

Don’t know anything about Osaka? Well, you’d better learn. Your T shirt can be a real conversation starter and we’d hate you to make a fool of yourself when some hot looking, curious minded female uses it as an excuse to hit on you. A few basic facts should keep you out of trouble of such occasions.

So in case you get asked – Osaka is Japan’s commercial capital and its second largest city. It’s known for gourmet cuisine and the Pansy is its floral emblem. Don’t be fooled by that – Osaka was once a tough town and one of its earlier residents was a mighty warlord named Nobunaga Oda.

Well that should be enough to get you out of immediate trouble. If she’s still interested, change the subject. Ask her about her travels and with any luck you won’t have to say much for the rest of the night.

Wearing an Osaka T-shirt might not be quite equal to the experience of travelling to Osaka, but assuming you order online you’ll save on a plane fare, won’t have to sit still for hours or wait for a better exchange rate to get it. Your Osaka Tshirt will make you feel and look like a man of the world. If you’re on a budget and don’t like Sushi consider it your contribution to cultural diversity.

Travelling the world is fun – but most of the time we’re stuck at home doing usual nine to five. If you can’t travel the world then the next best thing is to wear a bit of it on your T shirt.
