Africas Killer Birds is a quick look at the smallest bird of prey and also a bird that has prehistoric tendencies. The pygmy falcon (Polihierax semitorquatus) is the smallest raptor in Africa. These small birds of prey can pack a huge punch when the swoop down on their victims.
